Someone who is taking on the system over their various unlawful regulations is Len Clampett, who has taken up truck driving recently and who has already had two encounters – one with RTA near Forbes (most of which he has on tape) http://www.4shared.com/video/59xZffuc/Forbes_pad.html and another one with the highway patrol at Rockhampton. I personally told a policewoman who pulled me over for an RBT one morning that she was acting illegally and that she should learn the law. Nevertheless I did show my licence and blow in their gadget just to avoid the hassles and get to work. It doesn’t hurt to speak up.

We choose to obey the laws of man before the laws of god. To apply is to beg the govt for permission to access the public road in our own vehicle. When you register your vehicle, it is property of the slave master and the slaves have to obey the rules. If you didnt have STATE plates or STATE licence and the cops pulls you over, who have they pulled over? who are they talking to? Who’s name will they write on the ticket? They cannot identify you. The gov is a corporation and everything is contract, so unless you like being a slave, stop contracting with the devil.

Non compliance will work but only if enough people take action. I will happily break their laws but it would achieve nothing if I was to do it alone… My work truck is parked out front of my home unregistered.

This is all good and well, but how do we fight this in the real world?
Quoting the above laws in court is not going to get you off a fine or even jail.

I believe that registration fees are an absolute evil and is legislated theft plain and simple. We all know this to be true, yet our police are out on the roads with the tools to instantly pick up whether a vehicle is registered or not and are quick to write out massive fines for driving with rego not current.
If you decide to fight this in court and cite the above laws etc I can guarentee you that you will lose the case, since the judges are merely puppets of the state government – there to ensure their revenue streams are not disrupted by people claiming their freedoms.

If you are subsequently caught the fines will be considerably higher and you could serve time in jail.
This is one of the ironies of our modern welfare state – you could end up with harsher punishment driving with an “unregistered vehicle” than for murder…
Sad and ridiculous but unfortunately true.

I just don’t know how we can protect ourselves from the overbearing state governments, which use licenses in various forms to collect revenue (plain theft in my opinion) from citizens for activities which should be able to be be pursued free of charges/taxes/theft by government.

Did i mention i’m a little frustrated??

The way to understand this is to see that free-travel is inalienable and then see cars are a machine anyone can use. Then consider the Roads being separate to crown land, even though they are owned by the Crown.

You should be able to manage a car on crown-land or other private property without a license, but on a dedicated road owned by a project, may have stipulations for a license. An argument that the roads are unavoidable, corralling, or imprisoning could be an excuse to use portions of them.

The roads are owned by the Monarch in trust of local Government figures. Property ownership is not a monopoly as it’s not carrying on a business.

I agree with not paying for business reasons.

Some good advice is not to get too attached to money. Give Caesars coin to Caesar. Profit from your labour in the constructions you make or the food you grow.
