Neil you are spot on. Taxation = Control. The biggest problem in reducing the ATO to zero or at least minimal size is that the Public Service would go out on strike, and we all know – or should – that THEY run the country. It should never be allowed to come to this, but there it is.

can i suggest that we have an updated working and topical discussion page, as well as links to other similar sites within Australia like http://www.truthology.org.au (and OS if relevant) with details of success and failures available, so that we can conduct as much meaningful DD ourselves prior to taking on the establishment and better our position with each attempt.

The truth is out there….. we just have to know where to look!

To Tom Isac and all others. Seeminly almost everyone in Government these days are not doing their duties according to case facts and law determination. Feminism snake head EMILY’s List politican feminst membership blind eyes their sisterhood in the public service simply substituting ‘feminist ideology’ as our service delivery.

I am a formal well versed child support representative and family law para legal. The feminist have simply got jobs and taken over our democracy. It seens to have infiltrated the ‘watch dog agencies’ likes of Ombudsman and we cannot get a straight deal anymore for blokes in heterosexual relationships as The Legislature decreed and intended.

EMILY’s List promotes “when women help women women win” and they nowadays do so ‘inevitably’ because officers simply substiute the feminist ideological determination for the fact and law determination – and so ‘women win’ – highly unlawfully of course.

For examplel CSA is not complying with due process and especially self employed fatherers across Australia are being massively over charged. Even some fathers on pension with accordingly fixed amounts of child support to pay are being overcharged – unlawfully and unconstitutionally.

I am please to have come across mandamus to make them do the jobs the way they are intended by The Legislature to be done ‘professionally’ and ‘impartially’ by lawful due process.

I would appreciate any help in getting writs of mandamus against some of these brazen insurgents ruining our democracy in the name of feminism and ‘women and children’ ostracising and aleniateing fathers relegating them into second class citizens by ‘overchrging’ them beyond what has been and can be proven has been legislated they pay.

There are many thousand of fathers and possiblly some payer mothers too massively over charged – I have one $30,000 a year overchargd on %1,600 a year is how bad it gets.

We have to go outside of the systerm and with the biggest hammer to get these ‘networking’ feminist controlled duties returned to our democracy.

I am pleased to have come across mandamus to make them do the jobs the way they are intended by The Legislature to be done ‘professionally’ and ‘impartially’ by lawful due process.

Feminism has in hetersexual matters come by these unlawful means to ‘govern by proxy’ and ‘wome win’ and ‘ men lose’ {their euality and democracy}. On such as child support the legislated amounts are fair and variable and affordable accordng to income but CSA and appelate SSAT dud the system by having ‘invented’ and ‘apply’ the ‘feminist template’ of falsely over estimating ‘income’ and then demanding (by unconstitutional Civil Conscription) that they ‘earn’ the over estimated ‘income’ to pay the ‘overcharged’ child support. Very clever but the down side is bankrupted good wokers and the highest suicice clientele in Australia

I have a barrister so experienced willing and successful to make the run but we need some financial support too as well as some of the many outstanding cases. They are not going to change their ways via the normal ‘complaints’ processes. Who is going to join me with some real help?

my understanding is that these two phrases ” an individual who exercises powers” and “under a law of the Commonwealth” are the crux of this declaration.
If I am acting on behalf of me a human being, [not on behalf of me the person (or name in caps), under a Constitutional law, then I am authorised to declare my standing as a citizen of the Crown not the unlawfully created government courts and can only be tried under Commonwealth Law.

Someone who is taking on the system over their various unlawful regulations is Len Clampett, who has taken up truck driving recently and who has already had two encounters – one with RTA near Forbes (most of which he has on tape) http://www.4shared.com/video/59xZffuc/Forbes_pad.html and another one with the highway patrol at Rockhampton. I personally told a policewoman who pulled me over for an RBT one morning that she was acting illegally and that she should learn the law. Nevertheless I did show my licence and blow in their gadget just to avoid the hassles and get to work. It doesn’t hurt to speak up.

Its quite obvious to anyone who has followed the history of the various dissident groups in Australia and elsewhere that despite the best of intentions by so many folk, little if any real progress is being made. Sure there are the occasional ‘reports’ of success with politicians & the (il)legal system, but for the most part they are not reproducible. I’m not suggesting that we should abandon attempts to regain our rights, but rather that it may be time to re-assess how and where we are attacking the problem. A major problem is that the population of Australia as a whole is composed of ‘sheeple’, folk whose attention is primarily focussed on issues like the footbrawl / thugby, whether or not they have money to pay the rent / mortgage, the monthly car payments, Christmas presents for the yard apes etc etc. Only a very very few of us are concerned about who is really running the country and where those faceless entities intend on taking us. It goes without saying that members of political parties cannot and will not fulfil their responsibility to represent their constituents and the same applies to the vast majority of so called ‘independents’. One suggestion which may be worth investigating is establishment of a peoples union with the aim of representing the rights of all the people against ‘the system’. A properly constituted peoples union would gain support from not only the dissidents but also the sheeple, thereby providing the numbers necessary to re-take control of the country (and ultimately the world) from those currently hold the reins of power. An issue that must be addressed right at the beginning is the propensity of human nature to corruption. As Lord Acton observed ‘power corrupts’, likewise positions of power attract the corruptible. In order to prevent the ‘new order’ from succumbing to the evil that has been a hallmark of every system of government since the dawn of time, extremely robust checks & balances are essential. Regulation is far too important to be entrusted to ‘professionals’, particularly the likes of the bureaucrats, lawyers, magistrates & judiciary who have proven to be some of the most inept and corrupt individuals ever to have stolen oxygen.
