Where can one obtain a better copy of the document as the existing one is far too small to read. Any further info on CPO would be greatly appreciated, particularly leads to any Australian Notary willing to process the appropriate paperwork as I understand the Law Society is leaning on them.

You can simply click on the image to view a larger version.

Already tried that but the resolution is far too poor. I’m only using a little netbook at present but never had a problem viewing anything previously Maybe if the original was re-scanned at the highest resolution possible it might be readable. I think the file size tells the story, at only 22kb it isn’t likely to show fine detail very well.

It appears you were trying to view the thumbnail instead of the larger image. I’ve included a link to the larger image instead which is 244KB. Hope that helps, Cheers.

Yeah, larger one is fine thanks. I’ve had a poke through the archives but it doesn’t appear there was any discussion on this CPO stuff, at least not openly. I’m aware of three different groups that are working on it with varying levels of success. Most magistrates plead ignorance (but what else is news) but at least a few seem to have encountered it. My impression after sitting in on court actions is that recognition of CPO status needs to be done before anything else because once a court is underway, the little tin gods tend to ignore anything they don’t comprehend.

I am confused, what qualification or basis applies to be accepted as a CPO if one does not work for a Commonwealth Government entity.
What power does a CPO have.
A search for “what is a CPO” reveals nil.
Can you enlighten me.

my understanding is that these two phrases ” an individual who exercises powers” and “under a law of the Commonwealth” are the crux of this declaration.
If I am acting on behalf of me a human being, [not on behalf of me the person (or name in caps), under a Constitutional law, then I am authorised to declare my standing as a citizen of the Crown not the unlawfully created government courts and can only be tried under Commonwealth Law.
